“Services” refers to coaching, training (in-person training, online live training), writing, and public speaking, as provided by the Company.

Workplace Insights UK is a trading name of Bankside Communications Limited and is not associated with IN Magazine, its publisher Insight Publishing Ltd and its website workplaceinsight.net nor with workplaceinsights.com, operating as Ministry Insights.

NOTICE

These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is the Customer’s responsibility to read these Terms carefully before purchasing, using, or accessing any of the Company’s services.

USE OF OUR SERVICES

By accessing Our website and purchasing services, You agree to these Terms in full. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You should not use Our website or purchase Our services.

PAYMENT AND CURRENCY

Payments are processed in GBP for UK-based activities and Euro for EU-based activities. All prices displayed on Our website are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, and service marks on Our website are owned by or licensed to the Company. Users and Customers are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

In accordance with the European Union’s Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act) and equivalent UK legislation, We declare that Our website features both real photographs and AI-generated images.
